Archiving Policy

Open Access Statement:

GER is an open-access journal that means that all content is freely available without charge to the reader/viewer/user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author but with references/citing/crediting the article, author and journal as prescribed by CC BY-NC and COPE's Codes of Conduct and Guidelines/Practices.

Open Archive Policy:

All the contents of the GER are Open Archive. GER follows an Open Archive Policy for copyright and licensing. Researchers need to appropriately cite the author(s) and journal name if they are using or reproducing content from this platform. https://gerjournal.com/archive

Archiving Declaration:

Humanity Publications/GER is a 'Green' publisher, as we allow self-archiving of accepted and published papers through an open access policy. Authors retain the copyright of their work and can archive pre-print and post-print or publisher's version/PDF to personal or institutional repositories or libraries without requiring permission from the journal or publisher.

Authors of GER-Published Articles are entitled to deposit their accepted manuscript or the version of record (published papers) in institutional and/or centrally organized repositories and can make this publicly available immediately upon acceptance and publication, provided that the journal name with the proper referencing style and Humanity Publications are attributed as the original place of publication, and that correct citation details are given.

DIGITAL ARCHIVING AND PRESERVATION

In order to digitally preserve all published scholarly content, GER is obligated to submit the metadata of all its journals to various archives databases and other repositories such as RePEc. This is to make sure that the published scholarly content by GER remains available to the community despite any accidental loss of data in its personal archival records. GER has further made sure that the metadata of all of its open access journals is compliant with well-known repository services, and their digital crawlers may regularly collect it for record and preservation.

ETHICAL Practices/GUIDELINES

The GER follows ethical and best practices guidelines by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the ethical guideline as recommended by HEC. GER editorial Board upholds to comply with and ensure ethical considerations in submission, review, conflict of interest, disclosure and publication process as underlined by COPE declaration on publication ethics and conflict of interest.
