Abstract
This research was conducted to
see the determination of
interpersonal relationships, leadership styles,
and communication against work productivity
with team cooperation as intervening variables in
the general section in the Bintan Regency
Regional Secretariat. The respondents in this
study were civil servants and non-permanent
employees, a general part in the Regional
Secretariat of Bintan Regency, amounting to 96
people. Validity and reliability were tested using
SEM-PLS, then independent variables, mediator
variables, and dependent variables were analysed
using the SEM-PLS. From the research results, it
is known that interpersonal relationships do not
directly determine teamwork, leadership style
directly determines teamwork, Communication
directly determines teamwork, teamwork does not
directly determine work productivity,
interpersonal relationships directly determine
work productivity, determination gave the
variables of interpersonal relationships,
leadership style and Communication on work
productivity was 44.7%, and teamwork was
53.2%. At the same time, the rest were explained
by other variables outside this study.
